I absolutely love beserk! Great products although I wish the men’s range and kitchenware had more options. But I love every product I’ve bought from this sight, the pricing is affordable, the customer service is friendly and helpful, and the shipping is so fast!

I love beserk. Their website has an amazing variety, from earrings to homewares. You can find anything you really want! They have great features such as Wishlist, rewards and click and collect. Their support team is lovely and I have never had a bad experience with beserk!!

I absolutely love berserk! I buy from here pretty often, and have had nothing but great experiences with both the employees if I needed help, and shipping and all that. Really my only issue, is how little they restock some things. For example, a lipstick got released (can’t remember the name of it 😭), went out of stock and a week later it was back. Some things have been out of stock for a year, but are still on the website. Other than the lack of re stock, (and my lack of money) I’ll still be buying things from here every chance I get ❤️ love youu

I really love seeing websites like this actually ask what changes could/should be made. Shows they are actually interested in what their customers have to say.

I rarely do this sort of thing but please get more options for male sizing. Rings in particular would be amazing. I’m aware Alt fashion basically has prejudice against taller, bulky men but any improvement would be amazing.

I’m not sure what happened just then but my survey went through before I was finished. I was in the middle of saying what I would like to see more of at Beserk, I would love to see more homewares for example small decorative mirrors and small fancy picture frames & wall art etc for my walls. Black of course. I love Gothic Victorian vibes especially and when I have run out of room elsewhere I can always find a place on my walls to hang something pretty! 😅
I would absolutely love if Beserk could stock Unearthly Cosmetics eyeshadow palettes please? ❤️
And keeping up with restocking Alchemy Gothic would be awesome, and also KillStar foxblood and lethal cosmetics.
I would LOVE if customer service could be more helpful with clothing measurements like they used to, they used to VERY helpful when I asked for actual garment measurements! It’s like these days they are just too busy and don’t have the time now for clothing related enquires. 😔 I don’t want to be just told to go by the supplied size charts on the listings. I obviously have already looked at those. Most of the size charts are only for approximate body measurements not actual garment measurements and I like to choose how tight or loose I want my clothing to be so Beserk has missed out on a LOT of clothing purchases from me!

Using earned points shouldn’t require the effort it does now. There should be a way to incorporate this in to the checkout to make the process easier, quicker and more user friendly.

I think there also room to expand some of your homeware offerings, things like the bed covers and tapestries are cute, but feel very ‘teenager’. id love to see some more elevated/elegant pieces available to better fit me

I adore everything you sell/ everthing I have recieved from your store! Truly appreciate your acceptance and encouragement of alternative gothic styles. Something iId like to see from you in future is maybe some lace robes/ kimonos (deep purple/ red or green instead of the typical black for a lil variety) and some victorian goth style items- I really loved the cathedral designs on the leggings/tote/robes but wouldve like it (or similar art styles) on bags, purses, phone cases (all kinds), facemasks- please.
Oh and I know everyone love cats- and you do have some wolf themed things- but please more wolf motifs- like old school horror werewolf stuff.

You guys are just amazing! The staff are always so lovely and you’ve created this beautiful community of glorious weirdos (said with the upmost respect and love) that is amazing to be apart of. The comms are always great and engaging (although bad for my bank account) and I love that Beserk is getting some AU exclusives. The only feedback I could give is maybe some sneaky subscriber/member only sales would be great!
