Who started Manic Panic?

Manic Panic is a New York City-based company that sells a line of hair color and other beauty products. The company was founded in 1977 by sisters Tish and Snooky Bellomo. The Bellomo sisters were born and raised in New York City. Their father was a hair stylist, and their mother was a model. As teenagers, they both worked in their father's salon.
