For added protection, choose Signature on Delivery— this way if your parcel is stolen, we’ll replace it at no charge. We are unable to provide credits, refunds or replacements for stolen parcels where "Signature on Delivery" is not selected.

We use LIVE Rates through Australia Post for International delivery (Excluding New Zealand Flat rates and Free Shipping). These will be calculated at Checkout.

All import taxes, brokerage fees & duties are payable by the customer. Beserk does not cover these fees. If you are unsure of your country’s import laws, please contact your countries customs department to find the information on importing from Australia. If an international parcel is returned to us due to unpaid import taxes, duties or any other costs or reasons imposed by the destination country or if parcel is refused acceptance, Beserk will provide a full refund excluding delivery costs upon receipt of the parcel back to the Beserk warehouse.
Due to ongoing changes and uncertainties surrounding U.S. import tariffs and international trade regulations, additional customs duties, import taxes, or fees may apply to your order upon arrival in the United States.
These charges are determined by U.S. Customs and Border Protection and are the responsibility of the recipient. Beserk has no control over these fees and cannot predict their cost, as they vary depending on the contents of your order and local regulations.
By placing an order for delivery to the U.S., you acknowledge and accept that any such charges incurred are not included in your order total and may be billed separately by the delivery carrier or customs authority.
PLEASE NOTE
