We aim to pack & dispatch all orders as soon as possible - so whilst we will do our best to change your order, unfortunately if you don't contact us quickly it may be too late. Please reach out to us and we will see what we can do!
Yes! We take extra time and care to make sure all parcels are sent with appropriate packaging to keep them safe.
Although we take extra care to avoid damage, sometimes the Australia Post delivery drivers do not know their own strength. If you do receive your order and it has been broken during transit please contact us at orders@beserk.com.au with a photo of the item so we can assist you ASAP!

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.

We offer FREE shipping for all orders over $99AUD or flat rate shipping of $9.95AUD for orders under $99AUD.
Express shipping starts at $11.95 and goes up depending on the size of the parcel!
If you're in New Zealand
We offer FREE shipping for all orders over $199AUD or flat rate shipping of $19.95AUD for orders under $199AUD.
Express Shipping starts at $29.95AUD.
Rest of the World
Regular shipping starts at $16.95AUD and express shipping starts at $26.95AU.

It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
We aren't able to offer same day delivery however we do offer Express through Australia Post! All orders placed before 2pm are sent out the same day.
Alternatively, we offer Click & Collect from our warehouse in Windsor during our opening hours - 8:30am-4:30pm Monday to Friday
If you have a deadline, we always recommend selecting Express Post or Click & Collect to give your order the best chance of reaching you on time!

Yes! We offer Click & Collect from our warehouse in Windsor.
Simply select 'Pick up' at checkout and the team will aim to have your order ready within an hour!

We offer a flat rate return postage of $10.95. Simply click here, complete the form and make payment for your postage to generate a return label.

Carbon Neutral
Beserk has proudly been a Carbon Neural Partner since 2017 to help reduce our impact on the planet. To offset our carbon emissions, we purchase tree credits that are then used to plant trees around Australia & restore the natural landscape creating a positive impact on climate change.
Postage Bags
The Beserk Postage bags are made from 80% Recycled plastic, and the printing company are part of the 'Redcycle' network, actively working to create a recycling system in shopping centres across Australia.
Recycle & Reuse
Beserk will always reuse & recycle all clean packing materials from incoming supplier orders, including boxes, bubble wrap, foam & paper infills. We use these in our outgoing orders, so if you receive a box that has already been used, please understand that we are trying to reuse & recycle as much as we can!
Bubble Wrap
We use a 100% biodegradable bubble wrap.
Shredding
We include shredding paper in all our orders to protect breakable items using recycled paper from old promotional material & magazines
Invoices
We do not send an invoice with our outgoing orders to save paper, and when paper is used in the office we only use recycled paper.
Plastic Bags
We receive clothing and stock in plastic bags, but we do not use any plastic bags in the office that are not recycled.
Charities
We love animals and want to help preserve all the beautiful animals on our planet & we regularly done to different charities around the world . You can find some of our favourite animal charities HERE
Electricity
We have chosen to go Carbon Neutral with our AGL Electricity account. This helps to fund carbon offset projects in Australia and around the world. Projects such as forestation, revegetation and other initiatives, that will make a real difference on our journey towards a sustainable tomorrow.

We acknowledge and respect the Turrbal people as the traditional owners and custodians of the land where the Beserk HQ is located. We honour their elders past, present and emerging and extend our respect to all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Peoples.

But if you live local, you can always place an order for Click & Collect and it will usually be ready within 1 hour.

Unfortunately only one discount code can be applied to a checkout at any one time. During sale events sadly this means rewards points redeemed for discount codes are unable to be used sorry!
PRODUCTS & SIZING
If an item has 'PREORDER' in the title - then we don't have currently at our Beserk Warehouse, and are either waiting for it to arrive or will special order it in for you. All the information about the estimated shipping date will be listed on the product page in the description.
Any other items purchased in the same order as a preorder item will be kept aside - and then everything will be sent together once the preorder item has arrived.
For any Demonia or Pleaser preorders:
Once your order is placed we will special order these for you direct from the brand in the USA. These orders take around 12 days to arrive at the Beserk Warehouse, and will then be shipped out to you via your chosen payment method.
So please allow two weeks for your order to ship (once placed), and you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with all your tracking information as soon as it has. The shipping time will then depend on the shipping option you chose at checkout.
On the rare occasion Pleaser or Demonia do not have the shoe in stock, we will contact you ASAP!
For all other preorders:
These will usually have an estimated shipping date listed in the product description to let you know when to keep an eye out for your shipping confirmation email!

We can't always give a heads up about when products will be restocking as it's always subject to change. We do try to restock products ASAP once they sell out though! This is subject to availability with our suppliers.
Want to be contacted when a product restocks? Make sure you sign up for the restock notifiction! You can sign up with your email or phone number to be notified as soon as something is available again. This also helps our team know what to restock soonest

If you're worried about something selling out, we recommend ordering ASAP! Sadly we can't guarantee that we'll be able to restock every product that sells out but we do try our best!

Unless otherwise stated, none of the hair dyes we carry contain bleach as they are direct dye formulas. All hair dyes we carry are also vegan and cruelty free!
Precautions: As everyone is different and skin sensitivities vary, we recommend checking the ingredients - listed in the product description - for any potential allergens and conducting a patch/strand test to make sure it's right for you!
If you're not sure, we always recommend reaching out to a hair professional familiar with fashion colours for the most tailored advice :)
