  You can return your item for an EXCHANGE, REFUND or STORE CREDIT
  ALL items can be returned EXCEPT : Final Sale Items plus underwear, bodysuits, wigs, swimwear, contact lenses, face masks, hosiery, earrings, cosmetics and opened hair dye, due to Australian health & hygiene regulations. Please note we follow all ACCC requirements & refunds/exchanges will be given on all faulty items not already stated in the description.

Any returns received without instructions will be processed as a store credit.

Download and print our Return Form HERE or if you don't have a printer, please just include a note with the following details :

We suggest using our Return Label service. For a Flat Rate of $9.15 you can return anything from around Australia, fully tracked. Simply click HERE, enter your order details & make payment and this will generate your return label that can be printed in the post office or at home.

When the return has arrived back to Beserk we will get it processed for you asap. You will receive an email as soon as it has been completed.

At Beserk we like to help the environment and we are aiming to have a paperless office, so we do not include an invoice or return slip with your order.

FAULTY ITEMS :  If you have received a faulty item we are terribly sorry! Please do not submit it through our Returns process, but instead email us directly at: orders@beserk.com.au with a photo of the item so we can arrange a solution for you right away! This also applies to faults on FINAL SALE Items.

♥  Items must be returned in original condition - swing tags attached, original packaging, unworn, unwashed. Please try on shoes on carpet to avoid any scuff marks.
  Please keep the item clean from animal fur, makeup stains & cigarette smoke. We reserve the right to reject any items that are returned in unsaleable condition.
  Gift cards & YouPay Orders cannot be returned and are not redeemable for cash.
  The customer is responsible for the return postage costs, unless there was an error with the order, or you have received a faulty/damaged item. In this case we will cover all costs to ensure you are not out of pocket. Exchange Postage costs - $7.95 Regular Post or $9.95 Express Post.
  All returns will be processed within 5 days of arriving back to the Beserk Warehouse [there may be some slight delays on processing returns during busy times]
  Please note : Items purchased from our Clearance Sale section can be returned for a store credit only. This does NOT include items that were purchased during a sale event, eg. 15% OFF Sale, these can be returned for a full refund as normal. FINAL SALE Items cannot be returned, but we follow all ACCC requirements & refunds/exchanges will be given on all faulty items not already stated in the description.

AUSTRALIA POST RETURN PORTAL : Please note the Return Portal is not controlled by Beserk, this is a service offered by Australia Post. If you have any issues with the portal please contact Australia Post directly.

Details > Please write 'I am requesting a refund for my return label through the Beserk Online returns portal' & add your full name, Truncated card details (first 6 and last 3 digits on card) + expiry date, Transaction date & time
> Continue then Review & submit.
On logging the request Australia Post will email you a Reference Number & will be in contact within 48 hours of logging the request. If you have any issues with this process please contact us so we can assist to get this sorted for you.

If you paid for your order with Paypal, you can receive a refund on the return postage costs through your Paypal account. 
Simply activate Refunded Returns on your PayPal account & follow the instructions in your PayPal account.
    We recommend double checking our sizing charts before confirming your order, or if you are unsure about your size please contact one of our friendly staff for assistance.
