Please have your order number ready and let our friendly customer service team know what size you'd like to swap for! Feel free to contact us beforehand if you'd like us to put the size aside for you so it doesn't sell out.

♥ Items must be returned in original condition - swing tags attached, original packaging, unworn, unwashed. Please try on shoes on carpet to avoid any scuff marks.
♥ Gift cards & YouPay Orders cannot be returned and are not redeemable for cash.
♥ Please note : Items purchased from our Clearance Sale section can be returned for a store credit only. This does NOT include full price items that were purchased during a sale event, eg. 15% OFF Sale, these can be returned for a full refund as normal. FINAL SALE Items cannot be returned, but we follow all ACCC requirements & refunds will be given on all faulty items not already stated in the description.
AUSTRALIA POST RETURN PORTAL : Please note the Return Portal is not controlled by Beserk, this is a service offered by Australia Post. If you have any issues with the portal please contact Australia Post directly.
On logging the request Australia Post will email you a Reference Number & will be in contact within 48 hours of logging the request. If you have any issues with this process please contact us so we can assist to get this sorted for you.
