If you receive your order and you have selected the wrong size, it doesn't suit you, or you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, you are welcome to send it back for a Store Credit, Refund or Exchange.
Beserk is now offering a flat rate return postage cost of $8.95 (Australia only).
TO SUBMIT A RETURN WITH BESERK :
Simply click on the link HERE, complete the form and make payment for your postage to generate a return label. Please remember to pop a note in with your return letting us know your preference for refund or store credit. Any items returned without confirmation will be processed as a store credit.

RETURN TERMS & CONDITIONS:
We accept returns up to 30 days after purchase
You can return your item for an EXCHANGE, REFUND or STORE CREDIT
ALL items can be returned EXCEPT underwear, swimwear, bodysuits, hosiery, contact lenses, earrings, cosmetics and opened hair dye, due to Australian health & hygiene regulations.
Items must be returned in the original condition - swing tags attached, original packaging, unworn, unwashed. We suggest trying on shoes on carpet to avoid any scuff marks.
Please keep the item clean from animal fur, makeup stains & cigarette smoke. We reserve the right to reject any items that are returned in unsaleable condition.
The customer is responsible for the return postage costs, unless there was an error with the order. In this case we will cover all costs to ensure you are not out of pocket. Exchange Postage costs - $7.95 Regular Post or $9.95 Express Post.
All returns will be processed within 2 days of arriving back to the Beserk Warehouse [there may be some slight delays on processing returns during busy times]
We offer a Store Credit only for returns on Clearance Items.
Our returns form can be downloaded HERE - you are welcome to include this in with your return, or just pop a note in.
If you have received a Faulty Item we are terribly sorry! Please do not submit it through our Returns process, but instead email us directly at: email@example.com with a photo of the item so we can arrange a solution for you right away!
PAYPAL REFUNDED RETURNS: If you paid for your order with Paypal, you can receive a refund on the return postage costs.
- Simply Activate Refunded Returns on your PayPal Account
- Complete the PayPal request form, add the postage receipts and submit the request within 14 days of returning your purchase.
- PayPal will process your refund request within 5 business days and if accepted will refund directly into your PayPal account.
