What are your postage costs?
We offer FREE Postage Australia Wide for all orders over $89, or orders under $89 a flat rate of $7.95 and we also have Express Post options available starting at $8.95. FREE Postage to New Zealand over $199. Please visit our Postage page for full details.
Can I pick up my order from the Beserk Warehouse?
Yes! You are welcome to make an order online or over the phone and collect it from us to save on postage or to get it quickly! During checkout there is an option to select ‘Collect from Warehouse’. You will then be able to collect your order from the Beserk Warehouse at : 10 Lyons Terrace, Windsor, QLD ~ 9.30am to 5.00pm - Monday to Friday. We have change room facilities available to try on your purchases and you are able to swap sizes if needed. You can prepay for your order using any of our payment options during checkout or select 'Payment on Pickup' and then pay when you collect the order using EFTPOS, Credit Card or Cash.
Sorry we do not have a Beserk shop. But if you would like to view any items, or try on any clothing or shoes before you purchase them, you are more than welcome to visit our warehouse to try them on in our change room facilities. Simply place a Pickup order on the webstore or over the phone and we will have your items aside at the front desk ready for you to view or try on.
I need my items tomorrow, is this possible?
Yes it is! We dispatch all orders same day that are placed & paid for before 3pm. So if you get your order in before 3pm & you are in the express post area you can receive your order as quickly as the next working day! [Australia Post or Couriers Please do not deliver on weekends] To find out if you are in the Express Post Zone check the Australia Post website here. You can also place your order & collect it from the Beserk Warehouse at Windsor if you need it super fast! Please note all items are IN STOCK on the webstore unless otherwise stated as a PREORDER. Preordered items are not in stock and will be ordered in on receipt of your order.
What is your Returns Policy?
We want all our customers to be 100% happy with all their purchases from Beserk so we accept returns on almost all items purchased through the Beserk Webstore within 30 days from date of purchase. So if you receive your order and you have selected the wrong size, it doesn't suit you, or you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, you are welcome to send it back for a Store Credit, Refund or Exchange! The only items that cannot be returned are: underwear, swimwear, bodysuits, hosiery, contact lenses, earrings and cosmetics, due to Australian health & hygiene standards. I received my order & it is damaged. What do I do?
If you have received a faulty or broken item we are terribly sorry! Please do not submit it through our Returns process, but instead email us directly at: firstname.lastname@example.org with detailed photos of the item so we can arrange a solution for you right away!
Where is the Beserk Warehouse located?
Our address is : 10 Lyons Terrace, Windsor. We are 5 minutes walk from Windsor Train station, just off Lutwyche Road. PLEASE NOTE : We do not have a shop front, this address is for order collection only.
Do you ship Worldwide?
Yes! We ship to selected countries around the world. We use Australia Post and DHL international services, for more information, please vist our Postage & Delivery info page HERE for full info.
What are your Office/Warehouse Opening Hours?
We are open 9.30am to 5.00pm - Monday to Friday [except Public Holidays].
How are orders sent?
Australian orders are sent through Australia Post and are 100% trackable. You are able to select Express or Regular Delivery during checkout. We offer a Free Insurance option and signature service during checkout. If you have specific instructions for the delivery driver, please make sure you let us know in the comments of your order.
Can I cancel or change my order?
You can make changes after your order is placed, but we aim to pack & dispatch your order as fast as possible, so we do suggest contacting us ASAP with order changes. We will do our best to change your order, but sometimes it may be too late if the order has already left the warehouse. Please call or email us your changes and we will see what we can do!
What happens if my parcel goes missing?
Beserk offers a 'FREE INSURANCE' option during checkout. We highly recommend selecting this option, then if your order is lost during transit, it will be covered and a replacement order will be sent out. To qualify for Free Insurance you must sign for your parcel so we have full tracking of the order and proof of delivery. We are sorry but we do not cover any lost or undelivered parcels if the Free Insurance option is not selected. Please ensure you enter the correct delivery address including your post code as parcels which are returned as undeliverable will incur a re-dispatch fee.
Will my order be packaged safely?
Yes! We take extra time and care to make sure all parcels are sent with appropriate packaging to keep them safe. Although we take extra care to avoid damage, sometimes the Australia Post delivery drivers do not know their own strength. If you are ordering fragile items we recommend selecting “Regular Post” as Australia Post does not provide a fragile service for items sent “Express Post” and Beserk does not accept responsibility for damaged parcels sent “Express Post”. If you do receive your order via Regular Post and it has been broken during transit please contact us at email@example.com with a photo of the item and we will get this sorted for you right away.
I have a Gift Voucher but I can’t see where to use it, help!
During checkout there is a field called 'Gift Card or Discount Code'. Simply copy your code into this field and click APPLY & the voucher amount will be deducted from the total.
How does the Preorder System work?
Some items on the website are marked as PREORDER. These items are not kept at the Beserk Warehouse and are instead ordered from the supplier as soon as we receive your order. We will then dispatch your order in full as soon as the item/s arrive. Delivery times are listed on the product listings. Please note: All items that are placed with your Preorder will be kept aside & sent as soon as it arrives.

The conversion between Australian to US shoe sizing can be a little confusing, but the standard conversion is that you will be the same size in US sizes as you are in Australian, or 1 size larger depending if you are a small or large size.
For example : if you are a size Australian 7, and you sometimes fit into size Australian 6 heels, then we suggest getting a size US 7. But if you are a large Australian 7 and you sometimes fit into size 8, then we suggest getting a size US 8. This rule applies to the following Brands : Demonia, Funtasma, Pleaser, Bordello, Pin Up Couture, Iron Fist & Too Fast. Please note : The Bordello ‘Teeze’ range, and the Pleaser ‘Delight’ range of heels run a little small & are a narrow style shoe. So please go up approx. ½ size if you are purchasing from this range.
My refund isn't the same amount as I paid. What's going on?
Please keep in mind that we do not refund postage charges on Returns unless your order is faulty. So your refund amount will be the product price only. If you live outside Australia, your card provider will use a different exchange rate every day. This means that while our prices remain the same, the amount they work that out as in your currency changes over time, so the refund amount can vary slightly.
