Beserk is still shipping orders as normal! But due to the current events surrounding the COVID-19 situation, we wanted to provide our customers with an update on Australia Post services and any delays that you may experience with your orders.
Australia Post operations are continuing as normal, however there have been some service impacts due to isolated post office closures and some international services being delayed.
Express Post will still remain the fastest way to get your orders to you, however sadly we are unable to guarantee next day delivery if you are within the express post network. As the situation is completely out of our control, we are unable to process any refunds for express post orders that are delayed.
We are more than happy to continue to assist you with tracking enquiries, however please be patient with us if there are any that we need to refer back to Australia Post for follow up, and please understand that our staff are doing their absolute best in very trying times.
Please be assured that our warehouse is operating as normal and we are still processing and dispatching orders daily as usual, and we will continue to do so for as long as we can :)
