Cat's Eye is a multidimensional shade featuring a mint green base with a wild combination of orange, pink, yellow, and lime green. All-over spark for eyes, lips, face, and body.
Apply with desired brush or clean finger.
Can be used to highlight, transform, as a topper, or on its own as a pigment.
Control intensity to your liking, layer as desired.
Mix with mixing medium for intense effect.
