Hey baby, Kiss the Go-Goat

This item came with its own certificate from Alchemy Gothic, which explained their story, which is cool. It is handmade and so detailed for something small. The chain is cheap, and it will turn your neck green after some hours of wear, so I definitely recommend getting a new chain for this wicked piece. Good size pendant, you can also remove the chain and just pin it to your clothes for a different look.
