Mermaid Salon CryBaby Aqua-Liner is a traditional eyeliner / face paint hybrid.

The product is a solid 'cake' of pigment that turns to a cream or liquid when activated with water. The consistency is up to you!

Use a wet brush of desired size to mix water with the pigment cake to produce a creamy that is ready to apply! It can be used on your eyelid as a liner or as a face paint.

This is a miniature pot - 2.8cm in diameter, but a little goes a long way.

Vegan Friendly. Cruelty Free.

Weight: 3 Grams

Ingredients: Talc, Glycerine, acacia Stengel gum, polysorbate 20, methylparaben, titanium dioxide. May contain - FD&C red, FD&C yellow, FD&C blue
