Starry Night | LIQUID VELVET LIPSTICK

Starry night is a deep grape purple with silver metallic flecks. Apply an even coat of Starry Night, allow a few minutes to set, and you have hours of intense colour action!

This formula can be removed with coconut oil, argon oil or any oil based remover.
