Such a beautiful dress but way too long

I’ll start by prefacing that this is such a lovely dress, it is heavy and looks beautiful. However Foxblood caters to the tall girlies and unfortunately with this dress it would be difficult to hem with the appliqué at the bottom. I got a medium as I am typically a UK10 and am 6’3” (163) but even wearing my platform boots it dragged significantly on the ground. Therefore I had to return this and will not be getting a small as I am unsure I would have the same issue/would be too small on parts.
