Pink Warrior is a cool-toned, medium neon pink hair dye that glows vibrantly under black light when dyed on the lightest level 10 blonde hair.
For Deeper pink hues, this can also be used on virgin, unbleached hair.
Cream Formula Semi-Permanent Hair Colour.
Vegan Formula colours and conditions hair.
Manic Panic Hair Colour is a conditioning semi-permanent hair colour fortified with a herbal & protein complex.
It does not damage the hair but actually, has restorative properties adding moisture and "fill" to processed hair.
Manic Panic contains no animal by-products, is not tested on animals & is 100% Vegan.
