Mermaid is an alluring, cool ocean teal color. Because the color is so light and bright, hair fully bleached to a level 9 or 10 is recommended before use.
Cream Formula Semi-Permanent Hair Color.
Vegan Formula colors and conditions hair.
Manic Panic Hair Color is a conditioning semi-permanent hair colour fortified with a herbal & protein complex.
It does not damage the hair but actually, has restorative properties adding moisture and "fill" to processed hair.
Manic Panic contains no animal by-products, is not tested on animals & is 100% Vegan.
