Lunar Tides |  Lunar White Toner Hair Dye

Lunar White is a purple based toner designed to eliminate blonde or yellow tones from your hair, leaving you with a luscious platinum white. Featuring vibrant tones that are highly pigmented, to create a long lasting glowing colour!

Hair toner works best on pale yellow hair tones (not so great on brassy yellows or oranges). It's recommended to use a toner before using any pastel hair colour, to create a blank slate for more accurate tone.

NOTE: The shades appear different in the bottle than they do on the hair. Please do a strand test before doing an all over application.

Attention first time bleachers: if you have dark hair or previously dyed hair and are planning to bleach your hair prior to dye application, know that you must lift to a pale yellow to platinum colour that is evenly bleached. The colour of the hair prior to applying the dye will impact the shade results. All colours look best on platinum but darker tones will work on light and pale yellow tones of hair.

Made my hair white. Exactly as pictured. My hair had started to get golden tones to it, but since coming across lunar tides, it worked great! Also didn't leave any purple undertone and my hair felt and smelt amazing! I will keep using this and highly recommend this for others aswell!

I could see this product working better if you dilute yourself and do multiple test strands. Unfortunately I was trying to dye it the day before an event and so this dye left my nice blond hair purply-pink instead of white :/

Decent Direct Dye Toner

I used this both to tone my hair after bleaching and to create a silver/white money piece. For a direct dye toner, I think this is pretty good. I've tried some direct dye toners from other brands in the past (Manic Panic & Directions), which did nothing at all to my hair, so I usually stick to toners that require a developer. I took a chance on this after seeing good reviews and was quite pleased with the results. The only downsides are that it turned out more of a blue-toned in my hair immediately after dyeing than silver/white (I've seen in reviews that others had more purple results), and that it faded faster than a non-direct toner, but this was easily counteracted with some purple shampoo/conditioner to upkeep the silver shade between applications.

Brilliant results

Used on bleached blonde hair that had very strong orange tones and had great results, beautiful bright white hair , only downside is only lasted 3 weeks untill yellow/orange started showing through but still worth buying 💯 .
