Inspired by the Ice King's loyal penguin sidekick, Gunter, this eyeliner brings frosty flair and attitude. Whether worn on their own or perfectly combined with the other, this eyeliner delivers a magical, long-lasting effect that’ll make your eyes as captivating as the Ice Kingdom itself!
Matte black with subtle holographic sparkles that represent the cosmic entity within Goonts. 🐧 Activate the sparkles by gently rubbing the liner once dry!
Directions:
1. Give the bottle a good shake before use.
2. Apply as desired using the built-in fine line brush applicator and let dry.
3. Remove with your regular face wash.
