How To Apply: Liquid matte lipsticks are unique in that they act more like paint, unlike a traditional cream lipstick. First, you'll want to start with a dry lip. Do not apply a lip balm prior as the liquid matte lipstick will not dry. Second, apply liquid lipstick in one even coat, tap lips together ONCE, do nor rub as this will cause caking. Be patient and allow to dry. Liquid lipsticks feel different than creamy lipsticks, it is the nature of the formula.
