The Flora Rosemary Bloomers are constructed of Forest Ink's signature ultra-soft velvet stretch fabric and feature faux-garter details, bows on the sides, and layers of ruffles for a flattering fit. The Bloomers are foolproof against riding up and offer an extremely comfortable fit for all body types. Nothing else could be more of a summer staple!
