This is a really beautiful and flattering dress!
Personally I had to size down - my actual measurements place me in a size medium but this is always too big across many brands, a small fits me well! I do find the zip being placed on the side a little awkward as well, especially with a fuller bust, but nothing a little bit of shimmying can't solve! Also, it has pockets!!
