Coma Star | MAXI DRESS*

Wonderful material used to make this! The little star and moon details throughout the dress are made from a slightly see through mesh that stands out more than the picture depicts but it doesn't take away from the lovely look.
I did find the leather straps tend to pull in slightly, so the top of the dress tends to point inwards rather than directly up, but only slightly.
Looks wonderful with a lovely set of gloves.

Beautiful dress but sadly I had to send it back because thestraps on the chest sat funny and it just looked bad . The dress fit otherwise but the straps could have had a few extra holes in it too.

got an XL as the sizing is V small. dress fits well, the velvet is abit strange and to smooth it you have to stroke it up (against what you would normally think but it could just be my dress sewn weird) all in all its stunning even on my weight loss journey! the only gripes i have besides the velvet direction is that the belts on the chest re abit loose if you're not 'well endowed' but could be larger sizes, they're not adjustable but i plan to alter it myself to fit this issue. all in all beautiful look and cut,.

TL:DR: velvet smooths up instead of down, belts around chest are abit loose and not adjustable. beautiful quality and cut, sits nice otherwise. is likely better with different sizes/ body curves,

I just love this dress, it's comfortable and makes me feel very good wearing it. I love killstar's burnout velvet, I have bought several of their similar dresses over the years and the fabric lasts quite well. As with most fabric like this, over time it gets a bit more transparent, but my dresses haven't lost their shape at all.
The pentagram detailing at the top was my only concern, and its not too bad for an off the rack dress. The straps are thick faux leather, so 'sit' well, but it will definitely do so on larger busts and wider chested people, and may sit funny on narrower chests. I'm somewhere in the middle, so it's ok, but I may unpick and re-sew them to fit a bit better when I have time. They could be easily removed if you aren't sure you like them. The dress itself is just perfect. I'm quite tall, and was worried it would hit mid calf, but it hits at ankle height, and the adjustable straps at the top help for adjusting dress length and chest coverage. The thigh split hits at the right spot, and again a quick stitch or unpick and you could adjust this to suit personal preference.
I feel like this dress would suit multiple body shapes really well, I'm curvy with a bit of a tummy, and I feel great in it.
As always with Beserk, fantastic customer service and super fast delivery. I've done returns with beserk heaps and they are much faster and better at returns than big box stores.
