Details: The best of two worlds combined, comes in a set of a multichrome and a matte eyeliner. Highly pigmented and easy to apply with the built-in fine line brush applicator. Once dried down, the liner is 100% smudge proof and to some extent waterproof, yet easy to remove.

Application tips -
