Bit too long and unflattering

Stretchy, relatively thin material but not sheer.
I'm 153cm tall, 58kg, medium size purchased. The front of the skirt touched the floor so could only wear this with platforms, and it wasn't exactly form hugging on me, it just looked unflattering/the shape wasnt to my liking. The shape looked like it should be form fitting though a small would be below my measurements, the medium felt good at my waist, so I didn't bother sizing down.. because of these reasons I returned it. I know someone whos a bit bigger than I am who owns this and it looks good on her so idk
