As a potent punch of cobalt hair dye, Rockabilly Blue is not for the timid! This color is a favorite of musician and Manic Panic sponsored artist Alissa White-Gluz from Arch Enemy. Bleaching hair prior to dyeing will guarantee the purest form of the color.
The Amplified formula is a semi-permanent hair color that lasts 30% longer than our High Voltage Classic color!
This stronger and longer-lasting formula is available in many of our best selling shades.

Manic Panic Hair Color is a conditioning semi-permanent hair color fortified with a herbal & protein complex. It does not damage the hair but actually has restorative properties adding moisture and "fill" to processed hair.

Very intense colour. Smells amazing and a little goes a long way. It does stain the skin a little more than others but for the result it’s more than worth it.. I put it over previously bleached (3 years ago) hair and I’m so happy with it

Amazing Colour and radiance
Great colour. Super bright and my hair feels amazing even after bleaching and dying it. Super suprised how good the colour is locked in. Other blues ive used (not same brand) they run non stop when wet. Towels are blue, sheets are stained blue. But this one has held solid. Super impressed
