The Red Velvet Rosemary Bloomers are constructed of Forest Ink's signature ultra-soft velvet stretch fabric and feature faux-garter details, bows on the sides, and layers of ruffles for a flattering fit. The bloomers are foolproof against riding up and offer an extremely comfortable fit for all body types. Nothing else could be more of a summer staple!

They are super soft and the ruffles are to die for, I’ve got some of the other colors on my Wishlist now.
I normally wear a size 8 and bought the XS because I read from the reviews on other colors how stretchy they are.

First time to ever buy Forest Ink bloomers, were the polyester ones in red and I didn't think it was worth the price! The velvet ones I like a lot, the ruffles are accentuated by the velvet. I shall only be buying the velvet ones!
