PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
A special edition blood red pen for long lasting, strong water-resistant, semi-permanent eyeliner colour. The felt liner will give your eyes the dramatic, sexy look you desire! The colour stays until removed with a corrector or makeup remover without smudging, and the thin precision marker allows accurate application of thin or thick lines. Lasts up to 24 hours! The felt tip nib can be reversed so it lasts twice as long. The colour can be removed with makeup remover or the corrector pen.
