Lime Crime's Unicorn Hair is hyper-performance hair colour that leaves hair feeling silky-smooth and smelling like a meadow!

HOW TO USE: Apply to pre-bleached, clean, unconditioned hair. Massage colour into each strand. For longer-lasting, more intense results, leave the dye in for 1-2 hours. For more pastel results, wash out after 30 minutes. Don’t worry, Unicorn Hair will not damage your hair, as it does not contain any harsh chemicals or bleach! Rinse until water runs clear, shampoo & condition as usual. To extend the life of your colour, use shampoo for colour-treated hair in between colourings.
Caution: This product is not intended for use anywhere on the face or in the immediate eye area, it must not be used to dye the eyelashes or eyebrows, to do so may cause harm to the eyes. Always protect your clothing and workspace prior to application; wear gloves. Perform a preliminary patch test, as Unicorn Hair contains ingredients which may cause skin irritation on certain individuals. You can use a cotton swab to apply a tiny amount of Unicorn Hair to the skin (usually on the nape of the neck or near the elbow). Wait 24 hours and be alert for any signs of redness or irritation. If any irritation presents discontinue use immediately. Unicorn Hair is ready to use. Do not mix with developers, lighteners, or any permanent hair colourant. Unicorn Hair may temporarily stain skin and will permanently stain fabric. Keep out of reach of children.

Lasts a lot longer than most. Definitely wash out with cold water to lock it in
I change hair color every 2 to 3 months, I go around the color wheel to avoid bleaching my very fine hair. The results every time are just great, som much depth and shade variation is achieved using this method. I leave my color in for 4 hours to achieve a truly deep and bright color. The results are always amazing. This color, MYSTIC by Unicorn Hair Color looks so damn good.
This hair colour lasted so long! It came out a beautiful intense blue just like the photo (I bleached my hair beforehand). This colour has lasted 3-4 months now and it is so much kinder to hair than other dyes I have used in the past. This is my new holy grail hair colour. Tip: Be sure to wash out the hair dye with some shampoo as opposed to just water, so it all comes off the scalp. I made this mistake the first time and I woke up with a blue pillowcase haha =) but it was resolved after the first wash with shampoo. I would recommend this to anyone looking for an intense colour that is kind to hair and it doesn't have any harsh chemicals in it.
I have never left a review for a hair colour before but felt compelled to do so for this one as it is by far the best blue I have ever used! I have been dying my hair various blue shades for the past 11 years and have used them all.
This one is messy to get in and really stains my skin BUT after that first wash it is worth it! It has such amazing staying power. It easily lasts 6-8 weeks and doesn’t fade to green like so many do. Even when it starts to fade it still remains a really nice shade of blue. I do a lot of swimming in salt and chlorine water so most colours really fade quickly but not this one. I couldn’t recommend more. I will never use another blue dye!

I've tried so many blues and always come back to this one! It's the only blue that takes 100%, that isn't patchy and doesn't leave any yellow parts. Doesn't fade quickly and when it does it's still a pretty blue not a yucky green like others. Forever my favourite, my number 1! 💙
I'm so impressed with this dye, it smells so amazing and lasts a little longer than other blue dye brands I have tried. It doesn't stain as much either but still does somewhat when hair gets wet, but that happens with any bright semi dye. The blue is so pigmented and bright. It fades to a gorgeous teal colour. Lately I've had trouble with semi dye sticking to my roots, but this takes so well compared to punky colour and manic panic. Just take note that blue with come out with each wash but it doesn't stain after the 2nd wash with shampoo and make sure to use sulfate free shampoo.
