Fully lined, this dress can easily fit a petticoat or a pair of ruffle bloomers, but also has a built-in petticoat to add some volume if worn alone! The two shirring panels at the back provide a significant amount of stretch to the bust, allowing for maximum comfort, and the two panels of corset lacing at the front, as well as the neckline's ribbon drawstring, add even more adjustably for a perfect fit! Perfect for all coquette cat lovers!
