The small nib of the eyeliner pen means you can create the thinnest lines, or build-up for a more dramatic wing. This eyeliner pen has a beautiful, fine brush tip. Our Waterproof Eyeliner Pen is available in both black and brown. The formula of the eyeliner pen is completely waterproof and will stay put perfectly for over 16 hours. However, it is easily removed by an oil-based cleanser such as our Magic Away Cleansing Balm or micellar water. If you are looking for a waterproof eyeliner pen, then this is perfect for you!
