Inspired by the mischievous Ice King, this eyeliner brings frosty flair and attitude. Whether worn on their own or perfectly combined with the other, this eyeliner delivers a magical, long-lasting effect that’ll make your eyes as captivating as the Ice Kingdom itself!
Iridescent multichrome flakes that glisten like an icy surface in the sun. ❄️ Use as a highlight or topper!
Directions:
1. Give the bottle a good shake before use.
2. Apply as desired using the built-in fine line brush applicator and let dry.
3. Remove with your regular face wash.
