Hi Lift powdered bleach makes bleaching a breaze with it's dust free formula that easily mixes for a creamy consistency! Suitable for bleaching applications both on and off scalp, it eliminates warm, yellow undertones revealing clean, bright and ultra-light tones and is a great highlight for lifts up to seven levels!

For best results, mix with Hi Lift Peroxide, available here!
