I have the Gabriella dress andwanted thetop to match a few other pieces I own. It's soft velvet, breathable, and very comfortable. I thought it would be a bit thicker because of the dress version but no it is perfect to wear in warmer weather.
I really should have predicted the lush velveteen body of this shirt would IMMEDIATELY summon all the cat hair in my house to it as soon as it was out of the box. But that't my idiocy and cautionary tale for pet owners, not a reason to drop a star off my review.
I dropped it to four stars because it's a bit short in the body. Granted, I have a weirdly long torso, but not THAT abnormal that it should ride up as much as it does. Which is a pity because it looks gorgrous on me (if I do say so myself...)
