Rude’s Eye Have A Secret Creamy Gel Liner in [Hush] Brown delivers bold and smokey looks with the ease. This gel pencil is smooth, pigmented, waterproof, and versatile! Create sharp and defined lines or use the smudging tip to soften the edges for a smokey, sultry look.

How To Use: Twist the retractable tube to release the product. Glide along the lash line and along the waterline if desired. If needed, blend with the foam smudging tip.
