Tip: Always start off with a Base coat to prep the nails, shake the Neko Nail Cult bottle well, apply 2 coats and finish off with a clear Top Coat for the best results!

Was so surprised when I got this. Didn't read the listing properly and thought it was matte black but it's a top coat that makes any colour matte. everything is now matte, love this!
