One of the most popular Manic Panic colours, Neon Cotton Candy Pink is a lovely, bright cool-toned pink hair dye. This shade glows under a black light, so we recommend using Cotton Candy Pink on hair that's been lightened to a very light level 9 blonde.

Definately 5 stars I love this colour so much.
Product as always is perfect and even more perfect is th way Beserk gets your order to you so very quickly
This is my favourite light pink colour! Lasts about 8 washes if I leave it on for 45 minutes, or 2 washes if I leave it on for 10 minutes if I am not wanting to commit to having pink hair! But your hair must be bleached to a very light yellow or white to show this colour. But it is so pretty!
