One of the most popular Manic Panic colours, Neon Cotton Candy Pink is a lovely, bright cool-toned pink hair dye. This shade glows under a black light, so we recommend using Cotton Candy Pink on hair that's been lightened to a very light level 9 blonde.
The Amplified formula is a semi-permanent hair color that lasts 30% longer than High Voltage Classic colour! This stronger and longer-lasting formula is available in many of Manic Panic's best selling shades.
Manic Panic Hair Colour is a conditioning semi-permanent hair colour fortified with a herbal & protein complex. It does not damage the hair but actually has restorative properties adding moisture and "fill" to processed hair. Manic Panic contains no animal by-products, is not tested on animals & is 100% Vegan.
