Inspired by the feminine faux-garter details of the Rosemary Bloomers, the Circe Mini Skirt features a faux-garter waistline with lace trim, bow details, and a gathered lace layer to add the perfect amount of flounce and frills. The base of the skirt is crafted from Forest Ink's thick, 2-way twill fabric that smooths while still offering plenty of stretch. Pair with Forest Ink's Circe Top for the perfect matching set!
