Blue Moon is a bright, neon, cool true blue hair dye. For the most vibrant results, we recommend lightening hair to a very light level 9 blonde or lighter, and toning hair that has yellow tones before use to avoid undesired hues.

Cream Formula Semi-Permanent Hair Color.
Vegan Formula colors and conditions hair.

Manic Panic Hair Color is a conditioning semi-permanent hair colour fortified with a herbal & protein complex.
It does not damage the hair but actually, has restorative properties adding moisture and "fill" to processed hair.

I feel like this is definitely the best blue hair dye I have ever tried ! Such a dark blue yet so vibrant and that is my kind of vibe I'm obsessed with this blue you can't go wrong with it it's so pigmented and holds / last when it is pretty faded though it does look kind of greenish but when it gradually fades ughhhhhhh still just so pretty !!!!!!!!

The best blue

This is my favourite of all the blue dyes I have tried. It does have a green undertone so washes out to a bluey green eventually. I liken the look it gives my hair to that of a mermaid. Colour has great staying power and this is the main shade I use.
