Forget Manic Panic, this is the one!

Arctic Fox is always great quality, the dye doesn't bleed everywhere after washing (minimise this by washiing with as cold water as you can). This colour is my favourite, such a lovely blue. If you're looking for good value, nice smelling hair dye, look no further!
