Amazing toner Arctic Fox never lets me down.

I'm a person who for whatever reason can't use manic panic. On the first wash out manic panic will wash right out of my hair even if I leave it in for hours, wash it out with cold water, it just run down the drain without fail. I used to be a Special Effects enjoyer back in the day, but since they no longer exist I've been looking for a suitable replacement. Now this still doesn't have anywhere near the staying power, but it always takes to my hair well, and leaves it in the colour you hoped it would based on the base your put it on. I will buy this again!

On the fence

I'm quite on the fence on this one, in theory it absolutely should have worked great as a toner, but I didn't have any success it didn't do anything. But the packaging does state you have to be VERY light for it to work so will try again when even lighter and come back to edit my review. This is only for level 9 or lighter 🖤

There is a lot of factors involved which can change the outcome of hairdye.
Your hair history, porosity and hair colour can alter the results, and what may work for you won't work for the next person.
Toners and pastel shades in particular require very lightened hair for visible results and will not lighten your hair but counteract yellow or orange tones.
