Beserk Account Update! 💻✨

Hi Beserkers,

You may remember that last year we gave you a heads up that Shopify was phasing out password sign in to your Beserk account. The time has now come for us to update and move over to the new accounts. ❤

There will be some changes to your usual log in process, plus lots of new, handy features we're able to turn on. This blog will walk you through these updates so you know exactly how to log in, where to find everything and all the new features you can explore!

How to log in! 💻

Step 1: Go to the Accounts page

To get to the accounts log in page, click on the account person icon in the top right hand side of your screen on desktop, or the menu lines and login button at bottom of the menu on mobile. 

Step 2: Enter your details

If you're not already logged in, you will be taken to the log in page.

From here you can log in with:

1. A shop account - There's a strong chance you will already have one if you love to shop online. If you're on a trusted device with a passkey set up, once you click the login with shop button (which will already display your email address) you will log in. If you're on a new device this will send you a SMS with a code, or direct you to the Shop App to confirm your login.

2. Your email address - Simply,  pop in your email address in the bottom field and click okay. You will receive an email with a 6 digit code to enter.

Step 3: Check your inbox

If you need an email verification code, this will be in your inbox. The email will look like the screenshot below and be sent from orders@beserk.com.au. If you are having troubles finding the email, please check your junk/spam folder.

Step 4: Enter in your verification code
Use the verification code from the received email and enter this into the login section on the Beserk website.

5. Welcome to the new accounts page!

Ta-da! You're on your newly updated Beserk accounts page! Yay! ❤

Please note:  you won't need to do this every time you go to the Beserk website, accounts page or checkout because your regular device will remained logged in for a period (the exact time will vary depending on your device and browser settings). Generally, you'll only need to log in if you're on a new device, if you log out of your account or if your cookies/cache/history are deleted.

What is new on your customer account?! 🔎

Once you are logged in, you will be taken to our shiny new Beserk accounts section, landing on a handy page that will show all of your recent orders!

From here, you can easily navigate to:

1. Home | Shop Now ❤ - to go back to the Home Page and keep shopping
2. My Profile - to see or update your details
3. My Orders (the page we're currently on)
4. My Wishlist - to see and update your wishlist
5. My Rewards - to redeem and see your rewards
6. Contact us - this will take you to the normal contact us page on our website

Let's start with the page we're already on!

My Orders

From here you can click on any previous order you've placed to see more info - like the specific size ordered or even see your tracking details.

If you're looking for a specific order, you can add a filter (1) to sort your order history!

On this page you can also quickly and easily reorder items with the Buy Again button (2). This will add all the items from that order back to your cart, ready for checkout! We've found this to be especially helpful when it's time to refresh your hair colour or replace your go-to lipstick, and it's now easier than ever to reorder your fave shades!

Finally, you can also write an item review from a recent order by clicking on the Write a new review button (3).

My Profile

On the new My Profile page, you can see all your saved account information.

On this page, you can now edit your key details without needing to reach out to support. Whether it's updating your email address (1), editing your shipping and billing addresses (2) or adjust your email subscription preferences (3), updating your details is now something that you can do directly from your accounts page. 

For extra security, you can also sign out of your account or sign out of all devices (4) from the My Profile section. 

My Wishlist

This page is pretty similar to how it was before and is still the go to place to see any of the items you saved for later as well as update any of your existing wishlists. 

My Rewards

This page just got a HUGE upgrade, making it way easier to see and redeem your rewards points!

You can now easily see your Rewards Points Balance (1) at the and previous activity, so you can see exactly where you have earned and spent your points.

Under the Your Rewards (2) section, you can now see any rewards codes you've redeemed but not used! Say goodbye to losing your $10 off code or trying to track which codes have been used. Now, they'll all be here waiting for you to claim them!

As you scroll down, you'll find the Spend Reward Points section (3) where you can use redeem your points. If you don't quite have enough points yet, it'll show you how close you are to claiming!

Or, if you'd prefer to cash out your rewards points on some Beserk gifts, you can scroll down to the Rewards Point Shop (4) where you see what you products are currently on offer and how many points they cost.

Finally, if you want to earn more points, the Earn Reward Points (5) section is where you want to be so you know exactly what you need to do to get enough points for your next voucher or gift.
