WE ARE MOVING! 🚚📦✨

Update: As of Febrary 4th, we are now back open and orders are starting to ship out! But we have a lot to catch up on so there will still be shipping delays - please reach out to our team if you have any questions!

Have you heard the news? Beserk is moving... like right now actually!

So we've put together all the info that you need to know - so you can places orders, make returns and hopefully come visit us in our new home soon! ❤

WHERE ARE YOU MOVING?

Great question! 🤗 Our new address is: 

Unit 2, 58 Yarraman Place
Virginia QLD 4014

Virginia is still on the north side of Brisbane, so not too far away from our old warehouse - only about 15-20 mins depending on traffic! So hopefully if you were able to pop in to visit us and collect orders before, then you'll still be able to come to our new Warehouse! 🖤

We plan to have a changing room (as we do at the moment) and of course a fun newly decorated reception space.... I guess you'll just have to come in and check it out for yourself! ✨

ARE YOU STILL SHIPPING ORDERS DURING THE MOVE?

Short answer no. From 4pm AEST Thursday Jan 22nd, our Warehouse will temporarily close while we move everything and get it all set up! 

So if you're reading this before then, then get your order in ASAP to make sure it ships out or you can come in and collect it, before the big move.

Any orders placed after that time won't ship out (or be available for collection) until after we're set up in our shiny new warehouse - which we currently estimate will be mid next week hopefully Wednesday 4th February. We'll let you know as soon as we can if this changes.

Once we do reopen, we will have over a week's worth of orders to ship out. As always our amazing Warehouse team will work as hard as they can to get everything out ASAP but there will be delays, so please bear with us! ❤

Please note that we will also not be open for pick ups during this time, you'll still have to wait until after we reopen to collect your order.

WHAT DOES THIS MEAN FOR RETURNS?

If you already have a return on it's way back to us don't worry, we will have mail forwarding in place - so your return will still find it's way to our new address in Virginia ❤

If you usually organise your returns through the Aus Post Returns portal or Refundid then next time you create your label you'll notice our new address! Or maybe you won't notice but either way it will be sent to our new address 😅

CAN I STILL REACH OUT TO CUSTOMER SERVICE?
