WE ARE MOVING! 🚚📦✨

Have you heard the news? Beserk is moving... like right now actually!

So we've put together all the info that you need to know - so you can places orders, make returns and hopefully come visit us in our new home soon! ❤

WHERE ARE YOU MOVING?

To Virginia, which is still on the north side of Brisbane not too far away from our current warehouse - only about 15-20mins depending on traffic!  So hopefully if you were able to pop in to visit us and collect orders before, then you'll still be able to come to our new Warehouse!

ARE YOU STILL SHIPPING ORDERS DURING THE MOVE?

Short answer no. From 4:30pm AEST Thursday Jan 22nd, our Warehouse will temporarily close while we move everything and get it all set up! 

So if you're reading this before then, then get your order in ASAP to make sure it ships out or you can come in and collect it, before the big move.

Any orders placed after that time won't ship out (or be available for collection) until after we're set up in our shiny new warehouse - which we currently estimate will be Monday 2nd February. We'll let you know as soon as we can if this changes.

Once we do reopen, we will have over a week's worth of orders to ship out. As always our amazing Warehouse team will work as hard as they can to get everything out ASAP but there will be delays, so please bear with us! ❤

Please note that we will also not be open for pick ups during this time, you'll still have to wait until Monday 2nd February to collect your order.

WHAT DOES THIS MEAN FOR RETURNS?

If you already have a return on it's way back to us don't worry, we will have mail forwarding in place - so your return will still find it's way to our new address in Virginia ❤

If you usually organise your returns through the Aus Post Returns portal or Refundid then next time you create your label you'll notice our new address! Or maybe you won't notice but either way it will be sent to our new address 😅

CAN I STILL REACH OUT TO CUSTOMER SERVICE?

During our biggest move days, starting Friday Jan 23rd our customer service team will be unavailable via livechat, email or phone. We need ALL hands on deck to make this happen as quickly as we can!

If you need help or have any questions, please reach out to us as normal via email, DM or live chat and we'll get back to you as quickly as we can - likely from Jan 28th.

Please keep in mind that once our team is back online, we will have a lot of enquiries to get back to - so it may take us a few days but we will absolutely get back to you as soon as we are able to ❤
