In regards to Exchanges -
Unfortunately we are no longer offering exchanges however now as we have Refundid now! We stopped processing exchanges, so our lovely customers won't have to wait an extended period to receive their new size or product! As with our returns process previously we could only send out an exchange once the return had reached us, meaning the refund and return would be processed within 5 - 7 business days! ❤️ With Refundid you receive your refund instantly which allows you to repurchase instantly!

- ALL items can be returned EXCEPT : Final Sale Items plus underwear, bodysuits, wigs, swimwear, contact lenses, face masks, hosiery, earrings, cosmetics and opened hair dye, due to Australian health & hygiene regulations. Please note we follow all ACCC requirements & refunds/exchanges will be given on all faulty items not already stated in the description. Gift cards & YouPay Orders cannot be returned and are not redeemable for cash.
- PLEASE NOTE - In order for Refundid to register your order, you must include the '0' at the front of your order number. Please be sure to include a note with your order number.
- Refundid will only work for Full Price items, not Clearance Sale items, however you can still absolutely receive a full store credit for those items, just contact us!

Items must be returned in original condition - swing tags attached, original packaging, unworn, unwashed. Please try on shoes on carpet to avoid any scuff marks. Please keep the returned item/s clean from animal fur, makeup stains & cigarette smoke. We reserve the right to reject any items that are returned in unsaleable condition.
