Full-length puff sleeves gather into shirred cuffs, with a dainty frill detail for added whimsy. Gathers flow from the waistline to create a skirt with impact, consisting of 3 gathered and frilly panels for even more volume and drama. Featuring a centre back zip fastening for the perfect fit, bodice lined and skirt lined to the 2nd skirt frill seam, so no need for a slip dress!
