They manufacture officially licensed clothing from brands like Sanrio, San-X, tokidoki, and Artist collaborations. There is a gallery space in the back of their physical store, showcasing the best in adorable and gorgeous art from all over the world. They also feature special Pop-Up shops with local brands (California, USA) and brands from Japan.

Amongst offering their sweet wares online and to resellers like Beserk, Japan LA also curate theme parties and art shows and graphic art exhibitions, including the most recent Hello Kitty Exhibition Art Show, at the Japanese American National Museum, in Los Angeles.
