Tip: Glitter based polishes look best when painted over a darker coloured base polish! Take a look at the images above for style examples! Always start off with a Base coat to prep the nails, shake the Neko Nail Cult bottle well, apply 2 coats and finish off with a clear Top Coat for the best results!
