We want you to be 100% happy with your purchases from Beserk, so we aim to make any returns/exchanges as easy as possible!
If you receive your order and you have selected the wrong size, it doesn't suit you, or you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, you are welcome to send it back for a Store Credit, Refund or Exchange.
We accept returns up to 30 days after purchase
You can return your item for an EXCHANGE, REFUND or STORE CREDIT
ALL items can be returned EXCEPT underwear, swimwear, bodysuits, hosiery, contact lenses, earrings, cosmetics and opened hair dye, due to Australian health & hygiene regulations.
Items must be returned in the original condition - swing tags attached, original packaging, unworn, unwashed. We suggest trying on shoes on carpet to avoid any scuff marks.
Please keep the item clean from animal fur, makeup stains & cigarette smoke. We reserve the right to reject any items that are returned in unsaleable condition.
The customer is responsible for the return postage costs, unless there was an error with the order. In this case we will cover all costs to ensure you are not out of pocket. Exchange Postage costs - $7.95 Regular Post or $9.95 Express Post.
All returns will be processed within 2 days of arriving back to the Beserk Warehouse [there may be some slight delays on processing returns during busy times]

REGULAR - FREE POSTAGE - ALL ORDERS OVER $89
Economy [Delivery Time: Approx. 8 -20 days*]
FREE INSURANCE - All orders that select 'Signature on Delivery' during checkout receive Free Insurance, so if anything happens during transit with your order it will be 100% replaced!
FAST DELIVERY - Place your order before 3pm AEST for SAME DAY dispatch - Monday to Friday & receive your order as soon as the next business day!
FULL TRACKING - All domestic parcels are sent with full tracking so you can see the delivery progress of your order. Simply log into your account to track your order or click the link in your Dispatch Email.
For International orders, all Express services have full tracking, signature on delivery and insurance, Economy service have limited tracking and no insurance, we use Australia Post, SpeedPost and DHL.
* Please note : The Australia Post Express Post does not offer a fragile service, so if you purchase items that can be easily broken in transit, we will send your order by Courier Please or Australia Post Regular Post, to ensure that your items arrive undamaged.
