Hera, is the goddess of marriage and queen of the gods, she was known for her beauty, power, and fierce loyalty to her husband Zeus. She was often depicted with a peacock by her side, a symbol of her vanity and status as a goddess. The peacock's bright, iridescent feathers were said to represent her all-seeing eyes, as well as her ability to see through the illusions and deceit of mortals.
