  • ORDER CUTOFF TIME FOR SAME DAY DISPATCH - NOW 2PM ~ Order Before 2PM for Same Day Order Dispatch. Australia Post have changed their hours & are picking up orders from the Beserk Warehouse 2 hours earlier. So we have had to move our order Deadline from 3pm to 2pm.
  • NEW OPENING HOURS ~ We have changed our opening hours to fit in with the Australia Post pickups to: 8.30am to 4pm - Monday to Friday. We will return all phone calls, live chats & emails during these times.
  • CANNOT GUARANTEE EXPRESS POST NEXT DAY SERVICE ~ Due to the current situation, Australia Post cannot guarantee next day delivery with express postage, but it is still the fastest delivery & arrives much faster than regular post. So we cannot guarantee orders will arrive next day and are sorry but we cannot refund any postage for orders that do not arrive in this time. We hope you understand that things are very crazy at the moment for everyone so delivery times can be delayed. 

  • INTERNATIONAL POSTAGE - With most shipping zones opening back up, we have resumed international shipping.  There are still delays being experienced in most zones, some more significant than others.  Any delays are completely out of our control.
  • CLICK & COLLECT ~ We are allowing contact-less Order Collection from our warehouse at: 10 Lyons Terrace, Windsor QLD. We are not accepting cash for payment. All orders must be pre-paid at time of ordering, or we can accept card payments at time of pickup. Sorry our change room facilities are still closed until further notice.
  •  RETURNS ~ We are extending our returns to 90 days during the COVID -19 crisis to allow everyone to post items back to us as we understand it is very difficult at the moment.  We want all our customers to be 100% happy with all their purchases from Beserk so we accept returns on almost all items purchased through the Beserk Webstore within 90 days from date of purchase.(Currently extended from 30 to 90 Days During the Covid-19 Outbreak). So if you receive your order and you have selected the wrong size, it doesn't suit you, or you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, you are welcome to send it back for a Store Credit, Refund or Exchange. The only items that cannot be returned are: underwear, swimwear, bodysuits, hosiery, contact lenses, earrings and cosmetics, due to Australian health & hygiene standards.   • WHAT ARE YOUR POSTAGE COSTS? ~ We offer FREE Postage to Australia for all orders over $89, or orders under $89 a flat rate of $7.95 and we also have Express Post options available starting at $8.95 + FREE Postage to New Zealand for all orders over $149, or orders under $149 a flat rate of $14.95 and we also have Express Post options available starting at $24.95.   • I RECEIVED MY ORDER & IT IS DAMAGED. WHAT DO I DO? ~ If you have received a faulty or broken item we are terribly sorry! Please do not submit it through our Returns process, but instead email us directly at: with detailed photos of the item so we can arrange a solution for you right away!
  • HOW ARE ORDERS SENT? ~ Australian orders are sent through Australia Post and are 100% trackable. You are able to select Express or Regular Delivery during checkout. If you have specific instructions for the delivery driver, please make sure you let us know in the comments of your order. Please note that due to the COVID-19 Outbreak there are some delays on deliveries that are outside of our control.
  • CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER? ~ You can make changes after your order is placed, but we aim to pack & dispatch your order as fast as possible, so we do suggest contacting us ASAP with order changes. We will do our best to change your order, but sometimes it may be too late if the order has already left the warehouse. Please call or email us your changes and we will see what we can do!
  • WILL MY ORDER BE PACKAGED SECURELY? ~ Yes! We take extra time and care to make sure all parcels are sent with appropriate packaging to keep them safe. Although we take extra care to avoid damage, sometimes the Australia Post delivery drivers do not know their own strength. If you are ordering fragile items we recommend selecting “Regular Post” as Australia Post does not provide a fragile service for items sent “Express Post” and Beserk does not accept responsibility for damaged parcels sent “Express Post”. If you do receive your order via Regular Post and it has been broken during transit please contact us at with a photo of the item and we will get this sorted for you right away.
  • I HAVE A GIFT VOUCHER BUT I CAN’T SEE WHERE TO USE IT, HELP! ~ During checkout there is a field called 'Gift Card or Discount Code'. Simply copy your code into this field and click APPLY & the voucher amount will be deducted from the total.
  • CAN I USE MULTIPLE DISCOUNT CODES? ~ Unfortunately only one discount code can be applied to a checkout at any one time.  During sale events sadly this means rewards points redeemed for discount codes are unable to be used sorry! 
  • HOW DOES THE PREORDER SYSTEM WORK? ~ Some items on the website are marked as PREORDER. These items are not kept at the Beserk Warehouse and are instead ordered from the supplier as soon as we receive your order. We will then dispatch your order in full as soon as the item/s arrive. Delivery times are listed on the product listings. Please note: All items that are placed with your Preorder will be kept aside & sent as soon as it arrives.

  • MY REFUND ISN'T THE SAME AMOUNT AS I PAID. WHAT'S GOING ON? ~ Please keep in mind that we do not refund postage charges on Returns unless your order is faulty. So your refund amount will be the product price only. If you live outside Australia, your card provider will use a different exchange rate every day. This means that while our prices remain the same, the amount they work that out as in your currency changes over time, so the refund amount can vary slightly.
