We want you to be 100% happy with your purchases from Beserk, so we aim to make any returns/exchanges as easy as possible!

If you receive your order and you have selected the wrong size, it doesn't suit you, or you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, you are welcome to send it back for a Store Credit, Refund or Exchange!  We do recommend double checking our sizing charts before confirming an order, or if you are unsure about your size please contact one of our friendly staff for assistance to help make sure you receive the correct size.


- We accept Returns up to 30 days after purchase ****Please Note: Extended Return Period leading up to Christmas - All purchases made from 15th November have until 15th January the following year to Return the items.****
- You can return your item for an EXCHANGE, REFUND or STORE CREDIT
- ALL items can be returned EXCEPT underwear, swimwear, bodysuits, contact lenses, hosiery & earrings due to Australian health & hygiene regulations. Opened cosmetics or hair dye cannot be returned.
- Items must be returned in the original condition - swing tags attached, original packaging, unworn, unwashed. We suggest trying shoes on carpet to avoid any scuff marks. Please keep the item clean from animal fur, makeup stains & cigarette smoke. We reserve the right to reject any items that are returned in unsaleable condition.
- The customer is responsible for the return postage costs, unless there was an error with the order. In this case we will cover all costs to ensure you are not out of pocket. Exchange Postage costs - $7.95 Regular Post or $9.95 Express Post.
- All returns are processed within 2 days of arriving back to the Beserk Warehouse [there may be some slight delays on processing returns during busy times]
- Sorry No Returns on Sale and Clearance items.  Please read the descriptions carefully on Clearance items.
- We recommend that you use a recorded delivery method to return items to us. Until the items arrive back at our warehouse they are your responsibility, and if they are lost in transit, you will be responsible for claiming compensation from your postal service.

There are several ways to process your return :

1. Through your Account - Simply log into your account and click the PRODUCT RETURNS Option in the side menu & follow the instructions
2. Fill in the Return Form that can be downloaded HERE and return your items to Beserk for processing
3. Drop by the Beserk Warehouse to process your return with our customer service team at : 31 Murray Street, Bowen Hills, Queensland, Australia. [Monday to Friday - 9.30am to 5.30pm]


- If the original order was paid via PayPal, you can claim your return shipping costs up to $45AUD from PayPal
- Simply Activate Refunded Returns on your PayPal Account
- Complete the form, add the postage receipts and submit the request within 14days after returning your purchase.
- PayPal will process your refund request within 5 business days and if accepted, refunds are deposited directly into your PayPal account.

Please note : If you have received a FAULTY ITEM we are terribly sorry! Please do not submit it through our Returns process, but instead email us directly at: returns@beserk.com.au with detailed photos of the item so we can arrange a solution for you right away!
